Like I said in the title, I think the TLs should wait until the testers try to reproduce the issues before rejecting it if they can't reproduce. We don't know if the TLs are using the same device as ours or are using a different device with a different version.
I have encountered this issue before, the cycle had 1 day left, I uploaded a bug that I'm still able to reproduce, a friend of mine is able to reproduce it so I asked them to reproduce it, but after 5 minutes since I posted the bug the TL just rejected it because they can't reproduce it, leaving us without any time neither for me to wait for others testers to reproduce and neither to ask for help in chat for someone to reproduce it for example.
I know this has been happening to a lot of testers and I have seen it in some tests before.
So I propose that the TLs should wait (if the cycle still has time in it) until some testers try to reproduce the issue positive or negative, and then the TL can make the decision based on that INSTEAD of just rejecting it immediately after the bug was posted without any reproductions in it (maybe making this a rule for them)
