Do not take into account bugs that are copied from previous test cycles (whether they are your bugs or not) when calculating the ranking of testers.

When calculating a tester's level in our ranking, only bugs reported in the last 90 days are considered. I have already noticed a practice of artificially inflating a tester's ranking by copying bugs from other testers (and sometimes their own) in recurring test cycles. As a result, the same bugs are counted multiple times in the ranking calculation, allowing testers to reach the Diamond level effortlessly by simply duplicating existing reports.

Hello! Thank you for your suggestion!
I understand your concerns about counting bugs that are copied from previous test cycles when calculating the ranking of testers, but ignoring those bugs that are when calculating the ranking of testers may not be the best approach.
While it may seem like these bugs are not adding value to the test cycle or it may not seem fair if your bugs are copied by someone else, they are still important for several reasons:
Firstly, these bugs are counted in the testers' statistics and activity dashboard, and testers get paid for those bugs. Ignoring copied bugs would not show the true contribution of testers.
Secondly, the customer may want some bugs to be re-checked and re-evaluated.
Additionally, I want to add that we are monitoring the situation and we keep an eye on the copyright of a tester.
