Add language (Armenian)

Please add the ability to select Armenian from the language list so that relevant tasks can appear on my dashboard.
A better solution for me and others is to allow submitting such requests from the language selection list. For example, if I want to select Armenian and that option isn't added to the DDL, I should be able to submit a request to add Armenian right from the same page.
